Our Mission

Each year, as we celebrate the birthday of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, the Mitzvah Tanks of South Florida go out to spread the light of Judaism. We distribute matzos, put on tefilin, and share the Rebbe's message about the coming of Moshiach with the world. Join us in this important mission to inspire and uplift those we encounter on the streets of Greater South Florida!

The Mitzvah Tank Parade Schedule

Drop-off & Rally

Please drop off your children at the Lubavitch Educational Center (LEC) at 9:00 AM. We will kick off the day with a rally, the 12 Pesukim, and a guest speaker. Following that will be, the distribution of official parade T-shirts, and a group photo to capture the memory before we head onto the tanks.

The Grand Parade

Drop-off & Rally

The parade departs from the LEC at 9:30 AM, traveling through the northern side of Collins Avenue and returning via US-1. Over 20 tanks will parade through Miami celebrating the Rebbe's 124th birthday and share the joy of Pesach with all of South Florida.

Lunch & Mivtzoim

At 12:00 PM, your children will have a pizza break at the LEC. All tanks head out for Mivtzoim at 12:45 PM. Expect the tanks to return to the LEC for pick-up between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM
